It will be nice to hear a portion of various projects live after a long time, have a drink, dive into distro boxes, see friends again...!
And, I'm grateful to be a part of this event based on passion for noise and experimental sounds!!

Really looking forward to this! Hoping to be able to put some names to new faces. There will be a new batch of WCN tapes available at this show for the first time, including titles from VINCENT DALLAS and MOOZZHEAD.

It was a blast! Also sound-wise :) Plenty of good varied noise/p.e./experimental and nice people. It was great to witness a fantastic set from an artist I had never heard of (O Ratel Ratel) among the more familiar names/faces. I hope covid finally starts fading into the background and events like this become more common again.

Cool to see the clips and interviews. I only realised recently that Vincent Dallas was Dries of Kindvriendelijk. Nice to see him doing stuff and getting it out there. I'm guessing the last time I saw him was at Broken Flag Festival in london years back now!
Re: Crude Transmissions I: Festival of Noise & Heavy Electronics
Any links for Hjortgud? Sounds interesting!
Re: Crude Transmissions I: Festival of Noise & Heavy Electronics
Saturday was more than worth it!! Different sounds of the noise spectrum, seeing friends again etc. As Moozze says "it was a blast"!!
Thanks Jim and the Vrijplaats / Resistor for the effort!!

Yes sir! It's such a shame that weekends like that in the UK are unlikely to ever happen again. Fucking Brexit, man. Hope to see (and drink with) you and Fré sometime again before too long.Dries wrote: ↑Tue Mar 15, 2022 8:35 amHello, Duncan!! Damn, Broken Flag..what a weekend, chaos & beers :) years ago. Re: Crude Transmissions I: Festival of Noise & Heavy Electronics
Thanks everyone for coming out to the fest! It was great to see everyone again and the projects definitely delivered!
Everyones favourite Belgian madman Dries stole the show with his intense set, Oskar surprised everyone and gave us a great display of the broken sound we've heard him talk about on the podcast before. Moozz! It was an honour to have him play his first live set at Crude Transmissions, besides tasting all the different beers we had available at the bar he sure gave us a good taste of all those pedals on his table. O Ratel Ratel who always delivers! it was the 3th time at the venue for Seppe (twice as O Ratel Ratel, once as Lilac Pavilion). Also a huge shout out to Hjortgud who were a late addition to the line up but played one of my favourite sets that day. I can keep on going.. which I can assure you that I've been doing here at home for the last few days but It's safe to say that I'm excited to do another one.

They have one release out: https://untiercollective.bandcamp.com/album/logos
I heard that they started working on a new release straight after the fest and I'll be uploading a video of their full set to youtube these coming days.
