A lot of power electronics use samples, particularly vocals. How do people circumvent the legal issues surrounding that?
I assume most people don't get permission so is it just a case of not getting caught?

Yeah and if you’re concerned about it you can always chop stuff up pitch it, process it, etc. so it’s not even applicable to that level of scrutiny anyway

I'm curious, is here anyone who has asked for permission for samples? I of course always have, definitely , sure
But he was always more concerned with making his guitar sound like a dying horse, more than anything else.
