Deterge - "Introductio In Analysin Infinitorum" (NRRe​^​iπ​+​1​=​0)
75 minutes of brutish harsh noise across two long tracks. Thick and churning, lots of looping scrap and distortion. Buried vocals here and there, but firmly incessant, ever changing NOISE. A great release, well presented.
Sidenote - I was on the train yesterday and listened to the whole thing straight through and when it was over I was still hearing noise....turns out the trains announcement system was bugging out and pouring feedback over everyone the whole ride too lol.

Sielun Veljet - Hei Soturit (2022 mix)
I don't think this is the right forum to talk about this new mix, but. This sounds less raw, and that was the point and intention. Some new sounds have been brought up, vocals mixed differently etc. Hei Soturit song has new noisy elements. Good! This mix of Muistokirjoitus beats the original.
Otherwise it's just fresh to hear new things in songs I have listened to million times but I prefer the original. Sielun Veljet song here sounds shit. Nobody beats the original Rauhallista. There's more to discuss about this but maybe I'll do that to someone at some bar.

Is there something wrong with Skullflower? Solar Anus has the proper bass guitar sound. Too much wah. Vocals sound like kazoo at some points, not in a good way. Haven't listened too much to Skullflower, but I think this and Last Shot At Heaven are good.

I haven't heard this one before but love the weird, not particularly harsh sound pallete. It's almost a free jazz record with the strange drumming and strings. The only thing that drove me a little nuts is the heavy drone on track 1 that is all in the right channel, which would have sounded so much heavier if it was stereo.

New DADA DRUMMING stack arrives today and looking forward to jamming that Napalm Death is Dead asap.
