- First update of 2024 and it’s a big one: over 100 new titles in stock from great new releases to essential reissues and everything in between. The latest from Cloister Recordings was also due in this week but got held up. It’ll be in soon.
- 2023 was a very busy year for Scream & Writhe between increased distro activities, event booking, label activities as Absurd Exposition, Primitive Isolation Tactics releases (White Line Fever (Hot August Nights) CS (Modern Decadence), a split CS with Rusalka (Cipher Productions), compilation appearances on Skinwalker and Table Scraps) and live performances. A major highlight was the Initial Shock noise fest, which I co-organized with Aaron Scholz/Disaster Sources. I wrote a recap of the event which can be found in the latest issue of the Untitled zine, now in stock. Aaron also interviewed me on his Disaster Sources radio program in March of last year and I think it’s a good conversation to share again. Thanks to everyone who continues to support the distro, stock AE titles, and/or attend the events. Let’s keep doing all of it in 2024 and beyond.
