Culver is the main project of Lee Stokoe, a true relentless hero of the deepest (North) England’s underground. Totally avoiding the internet realm, our man has been running the mighty Matching Head label for 25 years now. He has been also part of great projects such as Skullflower, Marzuraan, Inseminoid, Church Burner among many others…On this thirty minutes lenght tape you can once again witness his mastery of giving form and substance to a yet classic blend. Ghostly acoustic guitar, reverse loops and gloomy, hellish lumpy drones. Pasty layers of dark matter that gather in each other in a profoundly bleak and psychedelic magma.
