This is the third and latest installment from Form Hunter, the fairly recent collaboration of S. Aune (Kjostad, New Forces) and W. Czerkies (Sunken Cheek, Prime Ruin). The focus here is presented immediately: high gain scrap metal abuse.
Textural wood and metal tape recordings blasted through electronics and tape echo are panned frantically throughout both sides of Dripping Curve. Overdriven junk box clatter breaks through the cracked static for that unmistakable ‘present’ feeling.
This is resonant object exploration in many variations, but only at top volume. Come for a taste and subsequently collapse into the abyss.
