Label Description: A demonstration” is the first available recording from Mound of Glass, the recent project of Seven Caso (Stinkmeat, Scab Addict) and Weston Czerkies (Magnetic Coroner, Form Hunter). An attempt at pulling back the reins on the maximal approaches of their main projects, the Ithaca duo employs fractured tapes, junk, feedback and stolen cinematic tension to create a slow-burning, physically unnerving space. Layers of crumbling texture overlap moaning scrap metal, bells, and distant percussion. The structure is built, held, and disassembled over two tracks, both refined versions of Mound’s live performances. Consider this cassette the initial taste of what looks to be an ongoing venture in the theme of cinematic paranoia.;100 copies;self-released
