A deep look into the work of Australia’s Todd Anderson-Kunert. Contemplative, delicate and deliberate. These are extremely minimal synthesizer arrangements, yet not ‘minimal synth’. There are slowly evolving, sparse, tones but no lean toward ‘drone’. This approach to creating melodic, emotion-filled snyth pieces is Anderson-Kunert’s signature arena and Cold presents some of the most bare and well-crafted. Appropriate timing for Australia’s current winter season.
