This summer, Zusammenbruch did a very short, personal run of “Alterations & New Beginnings” limited to 25 tapes. I felt the tape was solid enough to require a broader audience. Zusammenbruch follows a string of excellent cassettes with another 20 minutes of tightly executed industrial/PE. Distorted looping samples and decayed, gritty sounds… lofi and sickening at times, sharp attack at others. Tape remaster and new artwork by Gutter Bloat.
