Issue one includes in-depth interviews with the Iranian duo NUM, Portuguese drone synthesist Angelo Vicente Jr., and Scottish sound artist and composer Phil Maguire. There are reviews of cassette releases and albums across related genres of music, as well as an article touching on the author’s evolving philosophical interest in “noise” music.
